Without a doubt, we all knew who #1 on my list was: Mr Elvis Presley.

I didn't start listening to Elvis until about 2 years ago. But I immediately fell in love with the music. To name his great songs would take longer than to name off his bad ones. My personal favourites include Burning Love, If I Can Dream, Kentucky Rain, Rock-A-Hula Girl, All Shook Up, You Were Always On My Mind, Are You Lonesome Tonight?, Blue Hawaii, Can't Help Falling in Love, Don't Be Cruel, Good Luck Charm, I Need Your Love Tonight, Jailhouse Rock, Little Sister, Marie's the Name, Promised Land, Return To Sender, Suspicious Minds, Teddy Bear, The Wonder of You and You Don't Have to Say You Love Me. Elvis is easily the biggest name in the history of music. Before him, there really was nothing. Even after him, what has there truly been? There have been many flashes in the pan, but for a man who's been dead for nearly 30 years, what else can be said or done that he has not already accomplished?

I believe that when people look back in history, they will all remember Elvis first when it comes to music. And I hope that no one ever forgets the legend that was my favourite singer, Elvis Presley.
